Kauai considers future of farming

There is no basis for adding more regulations on activitities that already are well regulated

It's been half a century since the publication of Rachel Carson's seminal book &quot;Silent Spring.&quot; Many things have changed since then, and this bill is written as if none of it ever happened.</p>
