However, even the most loyal supporter of &quot;Obamacare&quot; must be expecting a bumpy road as the bugs shake out of the system and millions of people adjust to an altered health-care landscape.</p>
<p>Remember the months following the launch of Medicare Part D, the drug-coverage benefit, in 2006? That was a bit rocky, too, and the scope of that change was far narrower than full-scale health care reform.</p>
