Restarted rail work to shut Farrington, other roads from Ewa to Pearl Harbor

~~<p>Farrington Highway in Ewa between Kualakai Parkway (formerly North-South Road) and Old Fort Weaver Road Triangle will be closed 24 hours a day from Monday through March as a result of the resumption of construction on the city&rsquo;s $5.26 billion rail project.</p>
<p>Motorists are advised to use either H-1 freeway to the north or surface roads such as Kapolei Parkway to the south.</p>
