Young skateboarders should wear helmets

~~<p>As a physician and chief executive officer for Hawaii&rsquo;s only rehabilitation hospital, I am an advocate for patients.</p>
<p>Having spent nearly 25 years caring for people who have suffered serious illnesses and injuries, including traumatic brain injury (TBI), I believe it is critical to the welfare of Hawaii&rsquo;s youth that the Honolulu City Council pass Bill 62 requiring skateboard helmets for children 16 years and younger.</p>
