Driver charged in accident that killed HPU student

~~<p>The motorist accused of running over and killing a Hawaii Pacific University student fronting the school's Hawaii Loa campus two years ago was charged Wednesday with fleeing the scene of a fatal accident.</p>
<p>An Oahu grand jury returned an indictment charging Dominic Franklyn, 31, with the crime, a class B felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. Franklyn's bail is $11,000.</p>
