UH Cancer Center's leadership overhauled amid strife

The director of the facility has created a hostile work environment and should be removed, faculty members allege

<p>The restructuring comes as some faculty have called for Carbone to be removed, claiming poor management has tarnished the center's reputation and jeopardized its federal funding.</p>
