<p>The recipe for Goat Cheese Balsamic Ravioli with Kula Strawberries is long and complicated. It includes, for instance, carbonating strawberries and creating a strawberry &quot;air,&quot; or foam. It's fun to watch in the making but perhaps overly ambitious for the average home cook.</p>
