Any change to Ansaldo Honolulu under an expected sales plan should not affect the project, an official says

<p>AnsaldoBreda, one of two firms that make up the local venture building the rail project's trains and operating system, would be divided into healthy and &quot;bad&quot; assets under a sales plan to be unveiled by the end of February, the Reuters news agency reports.</p>
