W Bistro’s simplicity deserves big applause

~~<p>Richard and Judy Weinstein have had more than 30 years of success marketing pharmaceuticals and medical products in Hawaii. When not working, they enjoy dining out, so when the Le Guignol space opened up in the Honolulu Medical Arts Building, which houses their pharmacy, they thought it would be nice to preserve the space as a restaurant, where they could enjoy the greenery of Thomas Square from the open-air lanai.</p>
<p>They found a chef whose food they enjoy, and just like that, W Bistro at 1010 S. King St. was open for business.&nbsp;</p>
