HHSAA: Leagues need to drive shot-clock discussion

<p>&quot;The coaches may say they want it, but their athletic directors haven't said anything to the league. It's not something we (HHSAA) can change on our own. It's a rule change,&quot; HHSAA executive director Chris Chun said.</p>
