‘Underground problem’ kept lanes shut last week

~~<p><strong>Question:</strong> Who can I contact to complain about the roadwork on Wai&shy;alae Avenue? A couple times during the workweek during rush hour, they closed one to two lanes at 7 a.m., causing traffic to severely back up on Wai&shy;alae. Why can&rsquo;t they wait until rush hour is over to minimize the impact?</p>
<p><strong>Answer:</strong> All lanes are again open during peak travel times.</p>
