~~<p>The crash of an ultralight aircraft on Kauai that killed two people Tuesday marked the seventh in Hawaii involving weight-shift control aircraft since 2010.</p>
<p>Friends identified the pilot killed Tuesday as Gerry Charle&shy;bois, owner of Birds in Paradise.</p>
