~~<p>Delilah Williams testified in U.S. District Court on Tuesday that when her husband Naeem Williams gained custody of her stepdaughter Talia, the couple thought they could help fix the little girl's problems with bladder and bowel-movement control.</p>
<p>&quot;I just felt she wasn't potty-trained,&quot; she said.</p>
