Bail denied for man accused of producing child pornography

~~<p>A federal judge has ordered an Ewa Beach man accused of producing child pornography to remain in custody without the opportunity for release on bail pending trial.</p>
<p>A federal grand jury returned an indictment April 10 charging Feli&shy;ci&shy;ano Lou Qui&shy;mo&shy;yog with three counts of producing child pornography between 1995 and 2000. Each charge carries a minimum penalty of 15 years in prison and a maximum of 30 years.</p>
