Awards banquet is a benefit for isle counseling organization

~~<p>Tickets are being sold for the 25th-anniversary celebration of the Counseling &amp; Spiritual Care Center of Hawaii and Ho&lsquo;o&shy;mene&shy;mene Awards Banquet.</p>
<p>The benefit, set for 5:30 p.m. May 4 at Wai&shy;alae Country Club, will feature a silent auction, cocktail reception, dinner and program during which two individuals and one organization will be recognized. The honorees include Dr. Gerard Akaka, vice president, Native Hawaiian health, medical education and clinical support for the Queen's Medical Center; Terry Fisher, co-founder of CSCCH and retired chief operating officer and director for program services for Adult Friends for Youth; and Family Promise of Hawaii, a nonprofit organization serving homeless families with children.</p>
