~~
With the Linq now in full operation, work has begun on the Strip's second outdoor project. Next up will be The Park, being built between and around New York-New York and the Monte Carlo. The Park will feature natural landscaping, including 75 mature trees, desert plants, cobblestone walkways and several water features, plus man-made shade-providing structures that will light up at night. The pedestrianized urban outdoor space will also have live entertainment, bench seating throughout and an array of shopping and dining options, including the much-anticipated Hershey's Chocolate World anchor tenant that's set to open sometime this month.
