Use of cellphone suspected in crash

~~<p>Maui police investigators say the driver killed Monday in an early morning accident was likely talking on a cellphone without a hands-free device when the crash happened.</p>
<p>The driver, 25-year-old Terrance Kyle Morgan, died at the scene at about 3 a.m. Monday. Police say he lost control of his 2004 Nissan on Piilani Highway near Lipoa Street and that the car crossed the centerline and rolled over onto the shoulder. A passenger in the car suffered minor injuries.</p>
