Fraud is given prison, ordered to pay money

~~<p>A federal judge sentenced a convicted scammer who stole the properties of three men, after they traveled to the Philippines to meet him, to 14 years and eight months in prison for wire fraud.</p>
<p>U.S. District Judge Leslie E. Koba&shy;ya&shy;shi also ordered Henry Calu&shy;cag Jr. to pay $246,141 restitution to the family of one of the men and to forfeit to the government $1,096,064. The restitution is the amount of money involved in the wire fraud. The forfeiture amount is the value of all of the property Calu&shy;cag stole from the three men.</p>
