<p>Pat Saiki, the chairwoman of the Hawaii Republican Party, urged delegates at the party's state convention on Saturday at the Koolau Ballrooms and Conference Center in Kaneohe to get involved in a grass-roots, precinct-level voter registration drive.</p>
