Megaresort’s first phase poised to start rising soon

~~<p>With necessary approvals now in hand, construction on Resorts World Las Vegas is set to get underway this summer. The $4 billion first phase will open with 3,000 hotel rooms, a 4,000-seat theater, 30 restaurants and bars, and an &quot;elaborate garden attraction.&quot;</p>
<p>While there's been no mention of the live panda exhibit or replica of the Great Wall of China that were originally detailed, plans now include a rooftop sky park and observation deck atop a 674-foot tower and a 50,000-square-foot,&nbsp;58-foot-tall aquarium that will be home to a huge exhibit of exotic fish.</p>
