State handbook guides immigrants in isle life

<p>The Hawaii Handbook for Immigrants, a 40-page guide, is available in four languages &mdash; English, Ilo&shy;kano, Chuuk&shy;ese and Marshallese &mdash; with plans for Chinese and Spanish versions once funding becomes available.</p>
