Deedy retrial begins, with some changes

Neither side has given any indication that lesser crimes may be considered

<p>Deedy, 30, is having to stand trial a second time for the Nov. 5, 2011, shooting death of 23-year-old Kollin Elderts in a Waikiki McDonald's restaurant because the first trial last year ended with a hung jury.</p>
