<p>Teah Arlene Laupapa, 12, of Kapolei Middle School, and Emma Hiilani Thain, 11, a home-schooled student from Koloa, Kauai, were among 30 selected from a total of 628 international finalists and 660,000 entrants worldwide.</p>
