» Designated hitter David Freitas (Hawaii) extended his hitting streak to 13 games with a hit on Friday. As of Thursday, Freitas led the New York-Penn League with a .397 batting average and a .468 on-base percentage. His hitting streak is the seventh longest in Aberdeen franchise history.
» Right-hander Josh Slaats (Hawaii) was sent to Short Season A Tri-City in the Northwest League and is expected to debut some time in the next week.
» Catcher Carlton Tanabe (Pearl City) played in one game for West Tenn in Double-A before being sent back down to the AZL Mariners of the Rookie Arizona League.
