The Warriors will travel to Annapolis, Md., on Nov. 9, 2013, and the Midshipmen will make a return engagement to Aloha Stadium on Nov. 28, 2015. Hawaii has played Navy twice before, in 1999 and 2009, winning both games.

Wong makes Baseball America team

Hawaii junior Kolten Wong was named to the preseason Baseball America All-America first team yesterday.

He's the first player under head coach Mike Trapasso, who will begin his 10th season this year, to earn the illustrious honor.

He's the only player from the Western Athletic Conference to make either the first, second or third teams.

Hawaii's schedule this season includes No. 7 Texas, which has pitchers Taylor Jungmann (first team) and Cole Green (third team), Oregon pitcher Tyler Anderson (third team) and Cal State Fullerton junior hurler Noe Ramirez (third team).

The Rainbows open the season against the No. 9-ranked Ducks on Feb. 18 at Les Murakami Stadium.

Chaminade (12-7, 5-2) next plays Hawaii Pacific at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Blaisdell Center.

Senior Justin Smith hit 13 of 16 shots for 32 points and pulled down nine rebounds for the Vulcans (13-7, 5-4).
