>> Marcel Chan and Roman Kop, Kamehameha tennis: The team became the first Warriors state doubles champ in 46 years by defeating Colin Tseng and Lawrence Ho of ‘Iolani at the Carlsmith Ball/HHSAA State Tennis Championships on Maui.



» Shea Shimabukuro, Kauai: allowed just one earned run with three strikeouts and no walks as the Red Raiders defeated Pac-Five 11-2 for the Division II state crown


» Eimi Koga, Moanalua: battled 35-mph winds for a two-round 147 to win the girls title at the David S. Ishii Foundation/HHSAA State Golf Championships at Waikoloa Village


» Keiki Carlos, MPI: recorded three complete-game wins to lead the Owls to the D-I state title

» Sofia Luczak, Pac-Five: pitched a one-hit shutout in a 2-0 D-II semifinal win over Waipahu; threw a two-hit shutout in a 5-0 win over Kahuku in the D-II title game
