Wie 1 shot back after first round

Honolulu's Michelle Wie shot a 4-under-par 67 and is one shot back after the first round of the North Texas LPGA Shootout at Las Colinas Country Club in Irving, Texas, on Thursday.

Wie trails Suzann Pettersen (66) and is tied five others, including Cristie Kerr, Dori Carter and Christina Kim.

Wie had an eagle, four birdies and two bogeys in her round. Her eagle came on the par-5 10th and one of birdies came on the par-5 18th.

Another Hawaii golfer, Brittany Fan, shot 8-over 79.
