Peacefully living in Hawai’i, with your neighbors, is a wise move.

Outsiders & selfish land owners, like to live in conflict, with their neighbors.

There are people, who were attracted to Hawai’i. After they moved here, they want to improve it.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do. When in Hawai’i, do as the local people do.

Agree in part, yet in our community there are some violate his families rights to privacy while in residence. Paparazzi certainly do not!

Just goes to show while you may be worth billions, The Zuck willfully failed to do his research before starting. Thought he could throw his money around, everyone would kowtow to him. Did he ever get a rude awakening.

Good to see him admit his utter incompetence. First step cleaning up the mess he made.

I won’t say it was the right thing to do, but it is the smart thing to do.

Someday they might sell it they realize they could buy a better and bigger property else where with the money he’s offering or want to send their kids to college. He should start buying more property and do a land swap instead of offering money. He will never lose money buying real estate in Hawaii.

I wish there was another choice:

MZ did not change his mind, he is just doing damage control. CHECK!

Probably would be better if they were willing to sell. He needs majority ownership to protect himself from law suits.

Wished he continued his challenge in the Courts. I believe if he did, he could have an agreement approved by the Court. The resolution of the challenges of the Kuleana Land ownerships would have a positive result for all future Kueana Lands. For example, an agreement between Zuckerberg and the Kuleana Land owners to sell and have legal access to the beach for all identified and approved family members forever, etc.

It is too early to be heaping praise on Zuckerberg when we really do not know what will actually happen. Lets see if he attempts to get someone else to front for him
since he attracted so much negative attention and press coverage which these super rich, globalist elite types do not like. They would prefer you all go to sleep, drink the
kool aide and move along, nothing to see here.
As I have stated previously, Zuckerberg should move to Communist China where he can hang out with his ChiCom buddies. I am sure he would be warmly welcomed
and will get to do whatever he wants with no one able to say or do anything.

How is the State and the County of Kauai going to figure out who owns the land now? I’m sure they would love to tax the land owners. 🙂

But now what will he do? Build fences, walls?
