Three people were injured in a two-car collision on Kalanianaole Highway in Waimanalo this afternoon.
Emergency Medical Services said a 51-year-old woman, the driver of one of the vehicles, was taken in serious condition to the hospital after the 3:15 p.m. crash.
Her passengers, a woman, 21, and a man, 22, were also transported to the hospital in stable condition, EMS said.
Police shut down the highway in both directions between Huli and Nalu streets and reopened it shortly after 4 p.m.
