Police reopen St. Louis Drive after downed HECO pole
Honolulu police reopened St. Louis Drive Wednesday night after closing it for more than 12 hours because of a downed Hawaiian Electric Co. pole.
Police reported a traffic accident on St. Louis Drive at 6:51 a.m., and police said the road was open about 8:55 p.m.
Hawaiian Electric Co. spokesman Darren Pai said the accident damaged the pole, but there is no outage.
