A POEM FOR “GINA” 4. Jay Larrin, left, talked with Regina Kawananakoa and Jeff Apaka at her combination birthday party and housewarming Saturday at her East Honolulu residence. Larrin’s housewarming gift was a poem, “The House of My Dreams,” which he said she inspired when she told him recently that she had bought the house sight unseen. Larrin said some of the words came to him “sight unseen” as well, although several people commented the house does indeed have “dancing trees” when the wind is blowing.
