A Honda Insight hybrid and electric bicycles will be part of the Kars at the Kurb display at the next meeting of the Auto Lunch Bunch at the Waikiki Yacht Club at noon Wednesday.
Presenters Gary Schuering of Honda Windward and Marty Schlesinger of Ride-Hawaii will discuss the modes of transportation, and test drives of the electric bikes will be offered.
Mayoral candidate Panos Prevedouros will discuss rail vs. road, while City Council candidate Richard Turbin will outline proposals for road repairs.
The cash-only cost of Auto Lunch Bunch is $14.25, which includes the meal, drink and tip. Reservations are needed for a head count.
