Honolulu’s Michelle Wie birdied the final two holes today to finish at 1-under-par 71 at the Women’s British Open at the Royal Birkdale Golf Club in Southpoart, England.
The Punahou School graduate and Stanford student has a three-round total of 1-over 217. She is tied for 17th place, 13 shots back of leader Yani Tseng, who shot her third consecutive 4-under 68 today for a 12-under 204 total.
Katherine Hull shot a 66 and is at 8-under 208.
Morgan Pressel made the biggest charge today, shooting 7-under 65 to vault into 10th place at 3-under 213.
