WAILUKU, Maui » Mayor Charmaine Tavares and Councilmember Joe Pontanilla will host a public meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday to discuss laws that affect commercial signs. Particular attention will be paid to regulations that apply to painted promotional signage placed on store windows. The meeting will be held in Pomaikai Elementary School’s cafeteria.
