Mark Scroggins got a friendly hello yesterday from Popo, his American Staffordshire terrier, at the Hawaiian Kennel Club's AKC All-Breed show at Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. Popo was named Winner's Dog and Best of Opposite Sex for his class.
