Anniversary approaching

Happy anniversary! The Willows celebrates its 11th anniversary under new management, from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Monday. The event will be open to the public with a $5 cover charge, with food and drink scrips sold at the door for sampling from food stations set up throughout the property, as well as beer, wine and spirits. Sample prices are $4 for truffled misoyaki salmon with white rice; $4 for pepper-crusted pork loin with kabayaki glaze; $5 for oven roast beef tenderloin with aged balsamic jus and garlic mashed potatoes; and $5 for bacon-wrapped shrimp with lobster reduction with garlic mashed potatoes.
