The median price for homes on Oahu last month was up 1.7 percent to \$605
Oahu’s housing market continued a slow rebound last month with the number of single-family homes sold climbing 8.3 percent from a year ago to 274 units sold and the median price rising 2.9 percent to $622,450, the Honolulu Board of Realtors reported today.
The number of condominiums sold in September was down 15.8 percent from a year ago to 298 units, and the median price for condos was up 8.2 percent to $335,000.
