A 29-year-old homeless man is scheduled to appear in District Court this morning to face three charges of sex assault filed against him in connection with the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl at a Kaneohe area school.
Shaun Edward Fleetwood, who does not have a local address, allegedly assaulted the girl about 5 p.m. Oct. 3, police said. Police arrested Fleetwood Friday near the Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center.
He was being held on $75,000 bail after he was charged over the weekend with two counts of first degree sex assault and one count of third degree sex assault.
