Honolulu police are looking for two males suspected of sexually assaulting a woman at Wahiawa Elementary School this morning.

The alleged assault occurred just after 7 a.m. before classes began.

Classes were held as usual as a police helicopter hovered overhead and search dogs roamed the area.

The suspects also reportedly stole a laptop computer from the adult victim in a classroom at the school. She was taken to Wahiawa General Hospital.

A Department of Education spokeswoman would only say that the victim is "a school employee."

School officials said they were working with police and that "all the students are safe."

Troy Tamura, Wahiawa Elementary School’s principal, planned to explain what happened today in a letter being sent home with the school’s 570 students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
