Manhunt seeks suspects in elementary school sex assault
Honolulu police are looking for two males suspected of sexually assaulting a woman at Wahiawa Elementary School this morning.
The alleged assault occurred just after 7 a.m. before classes began.
Classes were held as usual as a police helicopter hovered overhead and search dogs roamed the area.
The suspects also reportedly stole a laptop computer from the adult victim in a classroom at the school. She was taken to Wahiawa General Hospital.
A Department of Education spokeswoman would only say that the victim is "a school employee."
School officials said they were working with police and that "all the students are safe."
