A 24-year-old Waianae man, a suspect in a purse snatching last month, is facing additional charges of harassment and drug possession stemming from his arrest early Monday morning.
Police said the man is suspected in the robbery of a 27-year-old woman on Sept. 29. He allegedly entered the woman’s vehicle and demanded her handbag.
But the man is facing more charges stemming from his arrest at the Kailua Police Station, where he allegedly harassed an officer. Police said they also found drugs in his possession while searching him during the arrest.
