Downed tree blocking Manoa Street
A downed tree is blocking Oahu Avenue in both directions, between Kaala Way and Walu Way, the city reported.
Traffic is being diverted at Kaala Way and Maile Way.
Officials have dispatched C and C Nursery to clear the obstruction. The city was notified of the downed tree at 11:22 a.m.
