Woman allegedly broke into apartment of gossiping neighbor
A 34-year-old Makaha woman, apparently angry at a gossiping neighbor, allegedly broke into the apartment of a 50-year-old woman and punched the woman several times, police said.
The incident was reported at about 2:50 p.m. yesterday on Ala Mahiku Street.
Police said the suspect was angry because she believed the victim was spreading “malicious lies about her behavior.”
The Makaha woman was arrested for first-degree burglary.
