A man on a bicycle allegedly robbed a 22-year-old man and threatened him with a box cutter as the man walked home from work yesterday in Kalihi, police said today.
The man was uninjured in the 4:15 p.m. robbery, police said.
The suspect, described as a man in his mid-20s, fled on a bicycle, police said.
