Pedestrian killed on Maui
A 49-year-old Maui pedestrian was killed last night while crossing a street in Kahului.
Maui police said the pedestrian was hit at 9:48 p.m. by a four-door sedan that was traveling westbound on Kaahumanu Avenue at Wharf street.
The victim died of his injuries at Maui Memorial Medical Center.
