Be constructive with gingerbread
Looking for something to do this weekend? Build a gingerbread house at the 11th Annual Oahu Easter Seals Hawaii Gingerbread Family Festival at 12:30 p.m. Sunday. Walk-in groups of up to four people can report to Blaisdell Exhibition Hall where, for $39, they’ll receive a gingerbread house kit to make on site. Also, enjoy a friendly competition between chefs of Hilton Hawaiian Village and Sheraton Waikiki, who will vie to make the most spectacular house. Call 536-1015.
