Teen arrested for allegedly riding stolen moped at UH
A 17-year-old boy who is not a University of Hawaii student was arrested last night for allegedly riding a stolen moped on the Manoa campus, police said.
A campus security officer confronted the boy at 6:10 p.m. and called police, who discovered that the moped had been stolen, police said.
The rider was arrested for investigation of operating a stolen vehicle.
