KAINOA'S IN 'ZONA | Mona Wood-Sword and her husband, Max Sword of Honolulu, were not expecting to find a food joint called Kainoa's Hawaiian Grill during a road trip last month that took them through Thatcher, Ariz. Inside they found menus written on surfboards featuring miso chicken, bulgogi and chicken katsu. They discovered the owner's wife is from Hawaii and their son is named Kainoa.
