Juvenile detention center worker assaulted by boy
A worker at the Judiciary’s Juvenile Detention Center in Kapolei was assaulted by a teenager Monday afternoon.
Police said a boy, 16, was arrested by after he allegedly pushed and kicked the worker, 29.
The victim was treated by a nurse at the facility but did not require hospitalization, a spokeswoman for the Judiciary said.
