Waipahu man charged in Kaimuki robbery

Prosecutors filed a robbery charge against a 30-year-old Waipahu man, who allegedly tried to hold up an adult video store in Kaimuki. 

Jensen Reese, of Awaiki Street, demanded money from the employee at Kaimuki Video on Waialae Avenue about 10:30 a.m. Friday, police said.  

Police are still looking for a second suspect, a man in his 20s who allegedly pointed a handgun at the woman. 

The two suspects  fled in a waiting vehicle when an alarm sounded, police said.. 

Police arrested Reese Monday at the main police station. He was charged at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday  with second-degree robbery and released after posting $40,000 bail.
