Police arrested and cited a 48-year-old man who allegedly argued with a bus driver over an expired bus pass in Chinatown last night.

Police said he man became irate and began yelling and poking the bus driver when the 45-year-old driver refused to accept the bus pass.

The driver called his dispatch and officers arrived and arrested the suspect at Pali Highway and Beretania Street at about 11:30 p.m.

He was released on $100 bail after being cited for harassment.
